India's financial hub, Mumbai, is reportedly set to get a significant addition to its skyline.
A local report says reviews are underway to create a 251-meter tall statue of the man many consider India's founding father, B.K. Ambedkar, better known as Babasheb Ambedkar.
A local newspaper in Mumbai says the massive statue of Ambedkar is going to be placed on a 100-meter high pedistal, putting the final height of the 105-million US dollar project at 351-meters.
This is roughly the same height of the SEG Plaza skyscraper in Shenzhen.
However, the report doesn't say if or when the massive undertaking may obtain final approvals from municipal officials in Mumbai.
