Five Caspian Sea states sign landmark deal

Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan signed a landmark convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea in the Kazakh city of Aktau on Sunday, after over two decades of negotiation, Russian media reported.
