Erlang Shen is an important god in the folk belief system of Qinghai and is worshiped by Han, Tibetan, Tu and other ethnic groups. Located on Longwu Old Street, Erlang Monastery in Tongren, Huangnan Prefecture, Qinghai Province was built in 1863. The 6th Living Buddha Sharutsang donated wood and local religious believers contributed the construction. The monastery has the typical Han architectural style. In the courtyard, there is a simple aromatic plant furnace used by religious believers to burn aromatic plants.
