Winter beauty of Namsto Lake
Namsto Lake, lying in the central part of Tibet Autonomous Region and with an altitude of 4718 meters above sea level, is the second largest lake in Tibet and the third largest salt lake in China. The lake looks like a rectangle, with 70 kilometers in length from east to west and 30 kilometers in width from north to south. Covering an area of about 1,920 square kilometers, the lake has a capacity of 76.8 cubic meters. The photo shows the winter beauty of the lake.
