The program is a public welfare project for young people in Nepal who are unable to find employment due to lack of skills. It provides computer and Chinese language training for 20 young people from different parts of Nepal for six months.

Compared with past trainings, this year's training will be more focused on basic computer classes and improvement classes, providing students with multi-level skills training. The additional Chinese language classes will also greatly satisfy the interests and needs of the students, so that they can seek employment in Chinese-funded enterprises in future.

According to data from the Nepal National Planning Commission (NPC) and the Employment Promotion Commission (EPC), Nepal should creat 300,000 to 350,000 new jobs each year, but the domestic market can only provide about 10 percent of that. In addition, about 100,000 people go abroad to find jobs, while the rest are only able to earn a living within Nepal.

According to statistics, more than 30 students from the past two training courses have successfully found jobs.
