Located in Wangbi Village, the Efficient Plant Factory of Internet of Things in Baxoi County covers an area of 30 mu (2 hectares) and has an actual planting area of 20 mu (about 1.33 hectares). It is difficult to imagine that the land where more than a dozen kinds of fruits and vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, bok choy, lettuce, and chili can be cultivated today was once a saline-alkali soil land.

It changed at the end of 2022 when Xizang Gobi Pastoral Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was introduced to Baxoi County. A modern plant factory of agricultural IoT was built in Wangbi Village. In the plant factory, the planting technology with the carrier of water planting is used. The traditional agricultural planting method does not rely on land anymore. By applying digitization and industrialization in the area of agricultural planting, all the conditions required for plant growth under all kinds of soil and meteorological conditions are provided. The vegetables can be planted all year round.
