Wang Ganlu is the director of Shenzhen Fuyong People’s Hospital, Bao’an District, Shenzhen. From 2018 to 2021, with the efforts of Wang Ganlu, a medical expert dispatched from Shenzhen to Zayul County, and his team, Nyingchi Zayul County People’s Hospital achieved “two decrease and one increase”: no death of pregnant and lying-in women; the mortality rate of newborns gradually decreased to the average level of the state; 400 person-times of critically ill patients were rescued with the success rate up to 90%.
