However, people in Lhasa, capital of southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous region are bathing in warm sunshine. Boasting as a Sun City, Lhasa has an annual average sunshine time of over 3,000 hours. What’s more, in winter, the sun is brighter and the sky is bluer.
