On the evening of Spet.21, the 2020 Chanang Pulu Cultural Festival opens in Chanang County, Shannan City, Tibet.

Pulu is a kind of woolen fabric used to make Tibetan dresses.

In recent years, Chanang County has made efforts in explore, inherit and promote fine ethnic cultures, so as to enrich the cultural lives and improve the income of local residents, as well as promote the development of ethnic handicraft industries.

It is learned that the festival lasts fron Sept.21 to Sept.24, and their will be cultural performances such as Tibetan opera performance and special products exhibition and sales during the festival.
