In winter, the Przewalski’s gazelles are active on the grasslands of Hargai Town, Gangcha County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, creating a unique scenery for the area. The Przewalski’s gazelles are a national first-class protected animal. They were once widely distributed in provinces such as Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, and Qinghai, however, due to the impact of human activities and the deterioration of their habitat, the area around Qinghai Lake is currently the only habitat for the Przewalski’s gazelles.
