Lhasa issues subsidies for college grads’ employment and startup

Starting from January 1st, 2019, Lhasa, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region has started its third round of employment and entrepreneurial subsidy applications for college graduates of the year 2018. As of now, Lhasa city has received 139 college graduates’ applications for in-region employment subsidies for a total of 1.28 million yuan, with 60 graduates applying for outer-region employment subsidies for a total of 1.23 million yuan. Besides, ninety-two graduates have applied for startup, utilities, and entrepreneurial bonus subsidies at a total of 3.39 million yuan.

Currently, Lhasa has approved two rounds of employment and entrepreneurial subsidy application from college graduates, at a total of 9.86 million yuan, with 2.99 million yuan issued to 177 graduates for employment subsidies, and 6.87 million yuan issued for 138 graduates for entrepreneurial and innovation subsidies.
