Recently, a grand gathering, the annual Dangjiren Horse Racing Festival was held in Damxung Grassland in Damxung County, Lhasa, Tibet. The Festival, which lasts for 7 days, has a history of more than 300 years and is a national level intangible cultural heritage item.
