An ethnic cultural and artistic exhibition named "Experience China’s Magnificent Qinghai" was held in Tokyo on December 24.
This exchange event was hosted by the Press Office of the People’s Government of Qinghai Province and the Qinghai Province Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. More than 200 photographic images of Qinghai’s diverse and magnificent natural scenery, diverse ethnic culture, importance of ecological protection, and achievements in economic development were exhibited.
In addition, 30 beautiful thangka works were a highlight of the exhibition. They were created by Xia Wujiao, a representative inheritor of the Chinese “national level intangible cultural heritage” Regong art.
