In recent years, Lhasa City, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region, has thoroughly implemented the ecological development concept of “sharing fruits of ecological protection with citizens”, and promoted wetland protection through various measures. In total, it has invested more than 900 million yuan to launch river irrigation projects. Thanks to the efforts, the Lalu Wetland has regained its vitality.
