The 17th Sharpa Tourism and Culture Festival was held in Dinggye County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region from August 8 to 14. On the commodity fair, people can see Tibetan embroidery Thangka painting, Tibetan paper calligraphies, wooden bowls and other intangible cultural heritage products on display and sale at booths of townships of Dinggye County, as well local specialty products such as Tsampa made of Eleusine coracana, Dinggye mutton and dairy products. The event site was bustling with visitors.
