Submissions shall theme on the economic development, ethnic unity, social prosperity, good ecology, social harmony and stability, and the life of people in Tibet and the Tibetan-inhabited areas in Gansu, Qinghai, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces, vividly telling how Tibetan people from all backgrounds work hard and strive to pursue happy lives and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In particular, loyal readers and writers are welcome to submit articles to share your stories with the magazine and the website.

Genres For Collection and Submission Methods
Text category: There are no restrictions on the genre except thesis-style papers. Submissions can be narrations, novels, essays, and poetry. The number of words is limited to 3,000 words.
Photography category: Works must be recorded images that have been created in recent years and have not been published. JPG format is required and 2,000 pixels long edge. We allow for moderate adjustment of brightness but not for modification of image content. Photos can be in color or black and white, and the subject matter should be in accordance with the theme of the collection. Single or groups of photos can be used (4-8 photos in a group), with each group being counted as one submission piece.
Short video category: Video clips with duration of less than five minutes must have clear sound and a complete structure. Please use “author name + title of work + province/region” as the file name. The resolution must be 1920*1080, code H264, code rate 9000kpbs or more. Format: Quick Time. Subtitles: simplified Chinese (or English). Language: Chinese standard Mandarin. The short video should be in a compressed format, and the file size of each piece should not exceed 800M. After selection, the original film will be submitted.
Matters Needing Attention
1.The submitted work must be an original that has not been published in a formal publication before. It must meet genre requirements.
2. The contributor should ensure that he/she is the author of the submitted work and has an independent, complete, clear, and uncontested copyright to the work. The contributor should also ensure that the work he/she submits does not infringe on a third party's copyright, legal rights such as portrait rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights. Event organizers do not assume (including but not limited to) legal liability arising from disputes over portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc.
3. The copyright of the manuscript is owned by the event organizers. The organizers have the right to publicly publish, broadcast, and display the collected works.
4. The contributor should indicate their real name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and photo and video works in the submission e-mail. The title of the work, time, location, and a brief description should also be indicated.
5. The organizers have the right to interpret the notice inviting submissions. Any contributor is deemed to have agreed to all provisions of the notice. Anyone who submits incomplete personal information automatically waives their submission from selection.
