On June 1, the representatives of the Hunan Aid-Tibet Team came to Yumai Township Primary School to present Children's Day gifts to children. Yumai Township, located in the northeastern border area of Lhongzi County, Lhoka City, Tibet Autonomous Region, is a village that takes the responsibility of defending the border of the county. The township is assisted by Hunan Province, which innovated the assistance model and organized Yumai Village in Yumai Township to pair up with the Shibadong Village in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture to realize co-construction. The former "Three-people Township" has now become a well-off model township with 234 people in 67 households. Today, Yumai Township is connected to water and electricity, and has all kinds of livelihood facilities such as post offices, banks, and homestays. At the same time, it has developed characteristic tourism industries.
