Recently, the dividend distributing ceremony was held in Zangbi Township, Lhari County, Nagqu City, the Xizang Autonomous Region. It was bustling with people and filled with a warm atmosphere, as bright smiles shone on the faces of the villagers.

“This year, Zangbi Township Professional Cooperative of Farmers and Herdsmen distributed dividends of more than RMB1.1 million, which doubled compared to that in previous years,” said Xu Genya, a staff of Zangbi Township. According to the principle of “benefit sharing, public accounting, and fair distribution”, the dividends included cash and substantial living materials such as yaks, Zanba, rice, flour, and cooking oil. 1,449 people from 220 households were benefited. People felt the benefits brought about by the policies designed to benefit the people and they had a strong sense of gain, happiness, and safety.
