Langur monkeys, known as Himalayan Langurs, are a group of fashionable monkeys advocating an “extremely simple way of dressing”. They have black faces and ears, white heads and bellies, gray fur, and long tails!
They are mainly distributed in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other places. They are common in the forest zone in the south of the Xizang Autonomous Region in China. As national first-class protected animals, they are very rare. However, in Yadong, there is a big monkey group. They are not afraid of vehicles and pedestrians. They play between the lanes and mountain forests freely, vividly showing the harmonious coexistence of local people and nature.
