Editor's Note: This year marks the 30th anniversary of the country's implementation of paired-up assistance in the Xizang Autonomous Region. In the last three decades, talents asisting the development of Xizang warmed the hearts of every Tibetan person in every corner of Xizang like the tough and passionate Galsang flowers.

Yang Mingguiis the member of the Guangdong’s 9th batch of talents asisting Xizang. From 2020 to 2023, Yang Minggui, a teacher asisting Xizang, served as the Vice Principal of Teaching at Nyingchi Bayi Middle School, Xizang Autonomous Region. He visited the homes of students with his colleagues more than 200 times and developed over 20 school-based courses involving disciplines, science and technology, art, sports, society, and other aspects, providing students with diverse options. He also applied funds to build a school history museum, a maker classroom, and a campus TV station.
