Editor's Note: This year marks the 30th anniversary of the country's implementation of paired-up assistance in the Xizang Autonomous Region. In the last three decades, talents asisting the development of Xizang warmed the hearts of every Tibetan person in every corner of Xizang like the tough and passionate Galsang flowers.

Mao Shasha is an agricultural expert of Zhuzhou Institute of Agricultural Science. In July 2022, Mao Shasha came to the Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Chanang County, Shannan to start her journey of asisting Xizang, improving the quality of apples on the plateau by using the technology of improving the quality of soil and efficiently using fertilizer and water. Together with her colleagues, she contacted with her research institute to produce and develope the apple brandy, further increasing the added value of products.
