After graduating from university, Penba Tsering, who was born in the year 1994, came to Niexiong Standardized Dairy Farming Base in Lhongzi County, Shannan City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region to work. He is now the deputy director.

He said, “Not only can I do what I like here, but I also get better results. With a high income, I now want to continue to learn new technologies and help my family live better.”

Since 2018, the Niexiong Standardized Dairy Farming Base in Lhongzi County has led to the employment of 44 local impoverished households who have an average monthly income increase of 4,000 yuan (586 US dollars). At the same time, it has helped 20 university students find employment, and they have an average monthly income increase of 5,000 yuan (733 US dollars).
