2019-05-27 15:03:00China Tibet Online

Tashi Jicai Village in Shigatse City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region is a well-known hometown to handicrafts. The gold, silver and copper wares it produced are purely handmade in exquisite design and complicated processes, which contain extreme artistic value. In 2011, the Tibetan metal fabrication skill——the gold, silver and copper forging skill of Tashi Jicai Villlage was listed as national level intangible cultural heritage item.
