Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the fourth Eastern Economic Forum from Sept. 11 to 12 in the city of Vladivostok, Russia, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said here Friday.
