Recently, the “One Heart, the China Heart” Large-scale Public Welfare Medical Program for 2025 took place in Sha’erzong Town, Ma’erkang City, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
Medical volunteers from medical institutions in Beijing, Guangdong, and other places provided residents with a range of medical services. These included examinations, diagnoses, and consultations for various health conditions across specialties such as traditional Chinese medicine, cardiology, encephalopathy, respiratory medicine, and stomatology.
The fixed free clinical treatment point was set at the Sha’erzong Town Health Center. Medical experts also went deep into rural areas to conduct home visits for elderly individuals with mobility challenges, and they visited Dazang Monastery to provide medical services and deliver medications to the monks.
