The annual Lhasa Shoton Festival commenced on August 23 in Xizang. This festival, featured the Buddha Painting Unfolding Ceremony, Tibetan opera performances, a horse racing competition, and a trade fair, has evolved into a multifaceted event that seamlessly integrates artistic performances, cultural exchanges, product exhibitions and sales, sports competitions, as well as tourism and leisure activities.

In Dzongyab Lukhang Park situated at the foot of the Potala Palace, a cultural exchange and products sales event related to intangible cultural heritage was held, drawing crowds of local residents and tourists eager to experience authentic craftsmanship firsthand.
