A group of young guests arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport on the evening of June 29. Sixteen students and their four accompanying teachers from Kong Fansen Primary School in Gar County, Ngari, Xizang Autonomous Region, made a 4,000-kilometer journey to Beijing, marking the start of a 10-day study tour in Beijing and Shandong Province.
“Beijing, here we come!” the children cheered together to the camera at Lhasa Gonggar Airport, declaring the start of their long-awaited study tour.
Through visits to historical and cultural venues, technological innovation platforms, and school exchange activities, this study tour aims to lead the students in following the footsteps of Kong Fansen’s mission in Xizang. It is designed to inspire them with his exemplary spirit and deepen their understanding of China’s development achievements.
