With the traditional festivals approaching, the Tibet Youth Development Foundation began to grant 40,000 yuan subsidies to 223 needy college students still staying in school during holidays.
Tsewang Phuntsok, deputy secretary of TAR Communist Youth League said:" Besides 200 yuan subsides for each student, various activities including art performances and sending wishes to their families will be available for those needy students."
