Dondrup Wangdu smiles, photo from Tibet Daily.

On May 18, Dondrup Wangdu from Gaize county in Ngari Prefecture of the Tibet Autonomous Region smiled happily as he got an agricultural vehicle on the meeting which donated materials to rural people to celebrate the "Serf Liberation Day".
