Journalists from CRI visited Kesong Village in Lhoka Prefecture, the "First Village of Democratic Reform" in Tibet, on March 21. As the first village enjoying the democratic reform in Tibet, the village was ruled by a serf owner called Suokang Wangchen Geli before 1959. However, since the reform, the villagers are living a better life.
