The noted Tibetan expert Jiaoba Dongzhu has currently published a book named "Epic Culture in Snowy Plateau-Gesar and Qinghai" to detail the legend of King Gesar. Jampel Gyatso, a well-known expert of Gesar Study, prefaced the book.

The book, consisted of 11 chapters, respectively expounds the concept, vocal artists, cultural relics, Tibetan opera and other related issues of the Epic King Gesar.
