On March 21, there was a sudden heavy snowfall in Markam County, Chamdo, Tibet Autonomous Region.

The pine and cypress trees were deep under the snow, their branches bent. In a short while, the surface of the river turned white, and the murmur of the river hit the ice with a pleasant melody.

The unique Tibetan-style dwellings and modern buildings were concealed in the heavy snow, and the whole city seemed covered in white clothing.

The snow-covered distant mountains connected with the sky, and Markam became a paradise on earth.
