The 24-year-old Rigzin Namo is a Tibetan girl from Songpan County of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. After graduating from college in July of 2018, she left her hometown and traveled to Jiangyou Station to work as a passenger clerk. The work at the station is busy, and she has to work with crowds constantly, as well as answer passenger questions. This is a typical day for Rigzin Namo.
