At least 10 killed in multiple blasts in Somali capital Mogadishu

  At least ten people were killed and several others injured in multiple blasts at a hotel near the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters in Somali capital Mogadishu on Friday, witnesses said.

  A police officer at the scene said a vehicle loaded with explosives blew up in the compound of Hotel Sahafi before forcing its way into the building located near K-4 junction in Mogadishu.

  Witnesses said the first blast hit the wall of Hotel Sahafi and the second car with explosives detonated between the hotel and CID, while a third car blew up on a small street behind the hotel.
