By learning from experiences and characteristics of ethnic handicraft products from outside the region and organizing farmers and nomads to produce ethnic handicraft products., they have become better able to preserve the ethnic handicraft industry, achieving the goals of increasing incomes and alleviating poverty as well as inheriting traditional culture.
