Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has sat down for talks with visiting Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak.

They exchanged views on the bilateral relationship and other issues of common interest.

Najib kicked off his week-long official visit on Monday.

It's his third visit to China since he took office 7 years ago.

The tour will see the prime minister travel to Beijing, Tianjin, and a several cities in Hebei.

More than 20 deals, or memorandums of understanding, in a "broad range" were due to be signed between the two sides.
