11th Panchen Erdeni Qoigyi Gyibo visited the exhibition titled "Democratic Reform in the Tibet Autonomous Region" held at the Cultural Palace of Nationalities in Beijing, capital of China, on March 15, 2009.

11th Panchen Erdeni Qoigyi Gyibo visited each part of the exhibition and listened to all the detailed introductions by the guide. He said:"The exhibition not only exposes the dark side of the old Tibet and miserable living conditions of Tibetan serfs, but also shows us the miraculous progress of the Tibetan people over the past 50 years with the support of the central government. Actions speak louder than words. Only the Communist Party of China's lead can make millions of emancipated serfs gain the real freedom."

He suggested Tibetans should cherish their nowadays happy life and devote into construction of developing Tibet.

In the end, 11th Panchen expressed that he will inherit the glorious tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, carry forward the patriotic spirit of previous Panchens, insist Tibet is an inseparable part of China, safeguard national unity and social harmony in Tibet, and make contributions to the country.
